Using polypropylene film (CBB) as the dielectric, the electrodes are formed by vacuum-depositing zinc-aluminum on the film to create metallized electrodes, which have self-healing properties. When the dielectric is partially broken down, the metal layer around the breakdown point will instantly evaporate, isolating the fault point and preventing permanent damage to the capacitor. It is characterized by high dielectric constant, low loss, high temperature resistance, and stable voltage resistance.

Suitable for long-term operation in AC circuits, the rated working voltage is typically 250VAC, 400VAC, 450VAC, etc., and some special models can reach 630VAC and above, capable of withstanding grid voltage fluctuations and instantaneous overvoltage impacts.

Widely used in single-phase asynchronous motors of household appliances such as air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, electric fans, range hoods, etc., playing a role in phase splitting and auxiliary starting. In equipment such as industrial ventilation fans, water pumps, and cooling tower fans, it is used in conjunction with motors to improve the starting performance and operating efficiency of the system.
